How many of you have ever worked for a poor person? None? Why Not? Liberals rage against the wealthy. They want to take their money and redistribute so it will be "fair" for everyone. “The rich get richer” they say. “They have plenty so they should share”.
Currently the top 1% of income earners pays 40% of the government revenues. The bottom 47% of income earners pays 0% of the government revenues. Is that fair? If the rich get richer then they also pay more and more.
Back to the first question: Your employer may not be wealthy but he cannot be poor. Poor people don't create jobs. Poor people don't invest. Your boss's purpose is to make money but he cannot do it without investing, taking risk and creating jobs for others. The more money he has then more is re-invested back into his company. If he gets rich it is because his business grew and along with it jobs increased. More people benefit if the guy you work for gets richer. If he doesn't get richer and re-invest, if the company doesn't grow he will not make more money and there will be fewer jobs.
If you work at a corporation the investors want to make money but in order to do that they must invest in a profit making, jobs creating business. To make more money manufacturing or services have to increase. The bigger the company the more there is to be made and there are more jobs to go along with it. The investor will not make money unless the business grows, sales increase and the number of jobs increase. If the rich get richer they can only do it by increasing their investments thereby creating more jobs. The rich don’t get rich sitting on their hands stuffing their money in coffee cans. As the rich get richer more and more people are working.
When more people are working they are spending their money, buying more of the goods and services that make your boss richer so he can grow and create more jobs. That is called capitalism. We all benefit.
The socialist don’t like rich people. They want to spread the wealth around. ‘Tax the rich, tax the rich’ is the mantra. The rich are evil. They say the rich are getting wealthy off the backs of the poor. So you take the money from that horrible rich man who was investing and creating all those jobs. Duh! Now you have no job and you’re mad at the rich guy. Well ‘he should pay more’ you say. He should give and you should take. You take more of his investment money then he can’t create jobs. Sooner or later either he is going to run out of money for you to take or he will just grow tired of you taking it and he will start putting what money he has left in that coffee can to save for himself. Then there will be no more jobs for anyone.
Then you are out of work. Everybody is poor. Now you are all equal. Equally poor. Just what you wanted, right?

They went and did what shouldn't have been done
Well they passed the healthcare bill last night. Is America going to be like Lazarus. We are gonig to die before we can have new life.
The title “America’s Greatest Terrorist” to the United States should now go Obama.
His accomplishments so far:
• The non-stimulus package was not intended to stimulate anything. It has only run up the debt and only a few billion has actually been spent to produce anything. It is only productive work that does anything to build the economy. the stimulus was mostly use for a cronyism slush fund and rewarding friends of Obama and democrats.
• The government takeover of private businesses
• Discouraging and ticking off our allies.
• Running up the national debt to record amounts taking us to the same possible fate as Greece, bankruptcy. Presenting a budget which would do even more damage.
• Increasing taxes when he said he would not which discourages small businesses.
• Embracing the global warming fantasy to try to pass cap and trade (cap and tax) legislation and when it failed he is trying to do it by royal decree (executive order).
Now that the health care legislation has passed it will add to the destruction.
• The threat of ever changing regulations that affects business planning. How many project have been put on hold because nobody knows what the government is going to do next.
• First it passed using unconstitutional methods and against the will of the people. If this sets the new standard of corruption for passing legislation then our democratic republic is dead. If this stands we all fall. America was the nation that held to the rule of law until now. We are quickly coming under the rule of the lawless.
• Second we see the mafia, Chicago style of operating in Washington. If this becomes the normal way of doing things then we have truly become a banana republic. We have reached third world status in a matter of a couple of years.
• On the bill itself we can see that the penalties and taxes in health care will drive many small businesses out of business. Those that were barely hanging on will be pushed over the brink. Even those that remain will lay people off to avoid the extra cost. Unemployment will reach record numbers everywhere.
• Individual cost will go up in many different ways. First taxes will increase to pay for the basics then there are individual penalty for not buying the government directed insurance. The added cost of 16,000 new IRS agents hired just to enforce the new mandates. There’s the cost of providing documentation to prove you have insurance and finally the fear and intimidation you will live in every April 15th if the paperwork doesn’t fall in line as required. The taxpayer gets to pay the salaries of the people used to harass them annually.
• Cost controls and insurance mandates will force insurance companies to go out of business, thereby requiring us to go to the government option as the only provider of insurance.
• The cost of hiring goes up and thus more people out of work for longer periods of time. There are people who have been out of work for nearly two years already. That is the longest period of out of work employees since the depression and it will not get better.
• Doctors will leave their medical practice. From 30% to 50% of the doctors plan to quit if this goes into full deployment. They did not go into medicine with the intent of working for the government.
• Fewer doctors, millions more people looking for free medical care and less money for the providers means that will be shortages, waiting lines, rationing, hospital closings and higher medical cost for lower quality service.
• Less innovation and medical advancements because the profit motive to do this is removed. Why invest billions to develop an idea when all you are going to do is maybe break even or lose money?
• The healthcare bill is more about control and power. If the government can take away your healthcare when you don’t toe the government line then they control you and your life. If you don’t like the indoctrination or buy into the socialist ideas then your treatment for swine flu might be “take two aspirins and call me next month.” Break a leg and the treatment will be “sit real still for two months and see how it does”. If you say “yes sir”, “no sir” and “all hail Obama” as directed then you might get reasonable treatment.
To follow this Obama and the democrats are planning to take over even more area of government and pass more legislation that will make it almost impossible to remove them from government control and from congress. The mantra will always be “they (conservatives) are going to take your “_____” (fill in the blank) away”. They want everyone so dependent on the government that it becomes our national socialist addiction. But without economic growth the boat will run out of pails with which to bail it out. Soon our boat will sink. Some say in as little as four years after the cost of this bill kicks in. America will be no more.
Nancy said this healthcare bill “will kick in the door” for more legislation to follow. What diabolical things are they planning next? They want to take over the internet. they want amnesty for illegal immigrants. Who knows what lurkes in their evil minds.
Obama consider himself to be a “Constitutional lawyer” as he taught constitutional law in college. I think his real expertise is seeing how to avoid the Constitution to create his Marxist dream. If he was naively sincere about how this was the idealistically the best for the American people and he was upright and honest about his actions it would be at least a hearty debate about healthcare. But with the underhanded methods, arm twisting, shutting out the opposition, backroom deals, cronyism, openly communist Czars who answer to nobody and blatant lying about what the healthcare bill will do leaves us with nothing but the feeling that we have a person in the mold of a Chavez, Lenin or Mao’s predecessor Wang Ming.
The solution: The states need to call a Constitutional convention and put the Constitution back on track. We need to return to the rule of law not the lawless. We don’t need to change the original Constitution or the original amendments. We need to revoke the amendments that open the door to an out of control government and clarify by agreement definitions like the “Commerce clause”, the “Spending clause” and the “Establishment clause”. Defining these clearly according to the founder’s intentions would put our government in it place, cancel out a lot of the regulations and agencies that a true republic democracy should not have.
We need to amend or repeal the 14th amendment to limit the federal government again. We need to repeal the 16th amendment to remove the income tax and the IRS. We need to repeal the 17th amendment so Senators will be chosen by their states senates not by popular vote so to be beholden to the interest of the state and not be required to campaign for re-election. The popular vote was for the congressmen so there would be a separate type representation in congress. As it is there is no difference between congressmen or senators. They both use taxpayer dollars to get re-elected.
Without a constitutional convention we will accomplish nothing. If we try to repeal all this stuff a little at a time then we will end up with compromises here and there that eventually will take us down the same road of compromises we done for the last 100 years and those compromises are what got us here in the first place.

Let me share with you a portion of an email from a long-time member of the House of Representatives. Here's a look at process ... and you're not going to like what you see:
Why would you want to veer away from this slow methodical open and deliberate process of our republican system? There is only one reason; you have something very big you want to hide. Why would a bill affecting 16% of our economy, altering much of our way of life, only is given one hour to read and then without allowing discussion, debate or alternatives have to be voted on? There is a lot in this bill the President and the Democrats do not want you to see. Why? When a group of people who hate capitalism, love Marxist, love big government want to pass secret legislation it has to be a huge takeover of power hidden in it. This is how Hugo Chavez came to power. This is how he has become the almost absolute dictator of his country. Is this why the President said he will only serve one term? Perhaps he, like Hugo, is planning the redefine the term to be "as long as he wants"
Our current course of deficits, debts and ever growing government will take us to the brink of destruction. Does the President and his party think they have the superman ability to pull us back from the brink and create a shiny new socialist system without harming a lot of people. Stalin couldn't do it. Mao couldn't do it. Castro couldn't do it. Many in the USA will be harmed, even die in order for them to fulfill their Marxist dream. It all hinges on how congress will vote on this health care behind the curtain bill. If the bill passes it will be the beginning of the end of a free United States of America. If this bill passes unemployment will increase greatly. The cost of health care will go up. Doctors will quit. Businesses will fail.
If you think it will stop here just wait. They have plenty more bills to be passed quickly to prevent other great crises they have yet to discover. We are heading towards anarchy. This is what they will get.

It is official: the President and the Speaker have decided to ram a health care bill through the Congress this week. The first step for this newly introduced 2,300 page bill is for it to be rushed through the Budget Committee this afternoon. As you saw if you clicked on the link to the bill, the legislation is moving so fast that it hasn't even been assigned a bill number yet.
While you can read this new bill here, it won't be worth your time. Why? Because these 2,300 pages aren't even the 2,300 pages that the President and Speaker Pelosi want us to vote on. That's right: the pages that they want us to vote on haven't even been completed yet. The bill that the Budget Committee is working on is simply a placeholder because the Speaker is still working out new language. The plan, we're told, is that Budget Committee will finish its work today to move the process along and then tomorrow--likely deep into the night--the Rules Committee will take up the bill. The Rules Committee will completely erase the 2,300 pages approved by the Budget Committee and insert thousands of entirely new pages into the bill. Don't worry, though: the Speaker has promised us at least 1 hour to read those several thousand new pages before the Rules Committee votes. No, I'm not laughing either.
Obviously, this is not the way that any bill should be considered in Congress, butt his is definitely not the way to handle something as important as health care reform and something so enormous that it accounts for almost 20% of our entire economy.Our founding fathers set up our government so it would work slowly. Everything was to open and above board. On any issue there was to be open debate and time to ponder each component of a bill. The public could be aware of what was being discussed and have input to their representatives. If anything was done it was not to be hidden or slipped by quickly.

Simple Economics
Economics is not too complicated when you really look at it. It quite a lot like having good old common sense but a lot of the political elite either don’t get it or they are motivated by something more important to them than intelligence. Simple economics is you have something I need and to get it I give you something you need of equal value. In a Marxist economy I have something you need and you go get the government to take it from me. Sounds like what we are doing now. Anyway.
In a recession you want people to spend money. As I explained in my October 2009 blog every dollar spent in the private (non-government) sector is multiplied by a factor of three over a period of time, whereas if the government taxes a person the value of that dollar taken from them is reduced in to about eighty cents.
If government is trying to stimulate the economy by borrowing money then it makes it harder for the everyday businessman. The pool of money is not a separate pool for the government and a separate pool for the private sector. It is all one big pool. If the government borrows money from the pool then there is less for the private sector to borrow and thus the cost of borrowing goes up in either interest rates or the requirements of borrowing become more difficult. That is part of what we are seeing right now in this recession. Small businesses can’t get the money they need just to be able to maintain their current level of operation.
One writer compared it to taking a bucket out of one end of a pool and pouring in the other end and bragging about how much good work you’ve been doing. The problem when government borrows money there is always an overhead (bucket spillage) cost you don’t have in the private sector. There is always the extra handling, the delays, the restrictions, etc.
Consider also that the average public sector worker is now making an average of $70,000 a year while the average private sector worker is making about $40,000 a year. Every hour a public employee does the same work as a private sector employee it cost America almost twice as much. So even if the government was able to process tax payer’s monies and put it back into the economy at the same rate as the private sector we still lose a certain amount of value of the money. The government does not produce anything or add value to anything; they are simply an expense added to the cost of living in America. Anytime the government gets involved it cost more.
The more government cost us the more they want to raise taxes to cover their cost. They just love to spend and spend and spend other people’s money. Most of us when we have spent more than we should by over borrowing we realize at some point that we must stop spending and start paying back the money we borrowed. Otherwise the people we owe will come and take all those things away that we didn’t have the money to buy anyway. At some point when we’ve used up our credit and we have to start paying cash for everything. Then we must tighten our belts and do without things. Even the necessities may get cut if other things have a higher priority. We, you and me, don’t not have the luxury of raising taxes to cover our extravagant ways.
The government simply says you should pay them more so they can continue to spend all the money they want to on whatever luxury items they desire, just tax and tax and tax. The problem is the more they tax the less value the money has. Remember that the value of a dollar taxed when returned to the economy is eighty cent. The more they tax the less it becomes so the economy decreases and soon we will look like California or even Greece, very bad indeed.
The opposite is true if you cut taxes. I said before that for every dollar spent in the private sector it become about three dollars over a period of time. If the average person was paying taxes at a rate of 10% then for every dollar “added” to the economy it would return 30% in taxes over a short period of time. That means you would collect more in taxes when you give back a dollar to the private sector economy. What would be the fastest and easiest way to “add” dollars to the economy? A great big tax cut. For every dollar the government would cut in taxes it would return two dollars back, a 100% increase in tax revenues. That seems simple enough. That formula has been proven to work every time it has been tried.
In addition if we cut business taxes in half or more then money from outside the country would start flowing into America and add even more dollars to the economy and therefore even more tax revenue to run the necessary government programs and pay off this huge debt. Cutting business taxes would reduce the cost of manufacturing in the US so we could start producing things here again creating more and more manufacturing jobs for Americans. There is already thirteen trillion dollars in American money sitting in other countries because it cost too much (tax wise) to invest those dollars here. That is American money held by American companies and investors. How would an influx of thirteen trillion dollars affect our tax revenues? We could pay off our debt, end deficit spending, run all the programs we "need" (not want) and even return Social Security money back to the people who earned it (with interest). I would love to have that deal. And by the way, get rid of the IRS.
Jobs would increase so everyone who wanted to work could and make more money than ever before. There would be no need for welfare except for the disabled and elderly. That is not the socialist utopia some now want, it is the utopia of the American dream, freedom for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Cut taxes, spend more private (not borrowed) money, and get more investment money and jobs. Wow what a no brainer, except when it comes to our president(s) and congress. Maybe it has something to do with power and control and not common sense, duh.
If we did cut taxes the only problem would be to get our government to stop spending more than it makes. Just like you and me we have to know our limits. It is up to the people to be the good parent and just say “NO” the next time you go to the polls. Elect people who believe in spending less, taxing less and governing less with fewer restrictions. That is what made America great before and we can do it again.

Stupid is as stupid does
Bill Maher (2/20/10 on Larry King live).
“Democrats never understand that Americans don’t really care what position you take,” Maher told King. “Just stick with one. Just be strong. They’re (Americans) not bright enough to really understand the issues. But like an animal, they can sort of sense strength or weakness. They can smell it on you.”
This is the mindset of the “Elitist”, the “Progressive” or as they believe “the more highly evolved ones”. They think you are stupid simply because they are superior. They believe they know it all. They believe because of their superior thinking abilities they have all the answers to every problem. Because they are so extremely intelligent that if you disagree with them you must be stupid. That just associating with conservatives or Christians means you are stupid.
The president recently asked if the Republicans had any good ideas on health care to present them. When they did present them, as they have several times already, he immediately rejected them. Why, because in his mind they came from conservatives and therefore the ideas are stupid. His belief is his ideas are the only good ideas. He will listen for a while and then in essence say “sit down, shut up and get out of my way stupid”.
My experience is that if a person thinks he knows everything then he has basically reach the limit of his ability to learn and grow. Such a person is living a sheltered life in a limited human environment. The problems and solutions that they see are usually fantasies dwelling within their own minds. Their minds have lacked the stimuli that develop logical thinking, reasoning and common sense. A person of limited logical abilities will think there is only one answer, one way to solve a problem. A person of limited logical abilities will think they are the only smart person in their world and everyone else is stupid. They lack comprehension of the big picture.
The reality is that conservatives and Christians have drawn upon the true reality of the world. The founders of America
True wisdom comes from God. All knowledge is contained in Him and through Him all problems can be solved. Through the ages God has proven to supply a variety of solutions to those who seek Him. In this great America America
A person who seeks God also realizes he is responsible for himself. God has charged him with the decision to choose eternal life or eternal death, to choose between sin or godliness. He is told he will reap what he sows and if he doesn’t work he doesn’t eat. God’s right and wrong is laid out clearly before him. There is no confusion. If you work hard you will be rewarded and you are to share that reward with others in need. America needs a people who are responsible and will take action when necessary.
The godless’ plan is government is responsible for you and will make the decisions for you and provide for your needs. If you work hard your reward will be shared by those who choose not to work so hard. If you excel in your endeavors you will punished. If you disagree you will be ridiculed and marginalized. Right and wrong is a vague concept. It is what government decides it will be. It may change tomorrow.
The godless want you to be stupid. You will be easier to lead if you are. God wants you to be all you can be. He created you to be that way.

I just finish reading a brief history of America in the Philippines Philippines Hong Kong expecting to be re-supplied with powder and ammunition on the way but as it was they only receive one third of the munitions they would normally carry. Long story made short they were very careful to maximize what they had so they took time and were extremely accurate with their shots. After several days of battle with a Spanish fleet seven times their size the Americans had run out of ammunition. With their ammunition bins empty they waited out the night expecting another attack from the Spanish which they would certainly lose. But as dawn came the sunlight revealed white flags on the Spanish ships. Fearing the accuracy of the Americans cannon fire they did not want to fight another day. The Spanish lost over 700 hundred men. The Americans lost 30. God’s protection, God’s provisions or coincidence, it happened all the time for America
Another lesson in this story is your apparent lack is what God will use to bring victory. If the Americans had a full provision of munitions they may have just duked it out and fired as fast as they could just like the Spanish. But because of their lack they used what they had more efficiently. This gave the Americans the appearance that they were a much better shot and was more devastating to fight against. To God your lack is His advantage.

Is God in control?
Over the last six months things were looking pretty bleak. The fascist like takeover of private business had been accepted as normal to most people. The government was about to pass the worst healthcare bill imaginable to bring one sixth of the economy under government control. Cap and trade stood in the wings and the global warming conference was taking place in Copenhagen where our president wanted to sign an agreement that would give away our sovereignty to an international council.
It was looking like I could do nothing to stop this onslaught of godless progressive socialism. So I prayed. I believe that if God could throw the enemies of Israel into confusion and disarray that he could do the same to our run away government.
Then some of the emails of the main global warming scientist were hacked and exposed the rigging of data to skew the facts. The propagandists tried to spin it and say despite the evidence of major tampering, global warming is still a fact.
Then God stepped in. The global warming conference ended in a blizzard (God’s sense of humor). Then God sent another blizzard to Washington (the center of our global warming politicians). It has now received a record total snow fall for one year and it’s been one of the coldest years on record for many southern states. Today another snowfall is on the way.
Afterwards God raised up a modern day Gideon in Massachusetts named Scott Brown and foiled the progressives plan to cram their goals down our throats. Scott Brown's presence has stopped the healthcare bill temporarily. He will stop the cap and trade. He has swung the balance of congress slightly in our direction.
God is raising up people all over the country to run in elections where we thought we would never have a chance but it now looks like we could win. He is raising up a people in the tea partiers who voices are being heard over the drone of the progressive media. All of a sudden the bleak has turned to bright and we feel much better about how things are going, but we cannot relax. We must first keep praying. The spiritual battle will never be over until Jesus returns. We must stay active. Let your voice be heard and the message clear. Most of all we must stay persistent in both.
The enemy depends on us growing weary both spiritually and mentally. The enemy expects us to be weak and not have the courage to fight a long fight. We see the enemy as men who represent the liberal, progressive and Marxist movement who put forth their agenda to silence us and destroy our freedoms. Eliminating them is only temporary. The real enemies are the “prince and principalities of the air” as the Apostle Paul called them. The “spirit” behind the liberals, progressives and Marxist is our real enemy and they must be defeated first then the agenda of men will fail. What appears to be a conspiracy of men is really a spirit that leads men to destruction and tries to take everyone with them.
Yes God is still in control but we have a part to play. Our part is prayer and have faith that God will act and then we must act with him. Jesus fed five thousand but it was a boy who brought the fishes and the disciples who distributed the full baskets. Jesus calmed the sea, an extraordinary miracle, but men were used to row out to where the storm would be. God with men working to change the world.

Our country is in the biggest battle of its short two hundred plus year existence. It is not an external war we are fighting. It is an internal war. It is a spiritual war. If we lose the United States then the entire world is lost with it. We must fight. We must endure. We must pay the price to win. We must win. Most of all, with God’s help and our faith, we will win.

You don’t believe in God? (or What really happened to Evolution on the way to reality?)

To not believe in God means you have to believe that a large number of random events happened in the right place at the right time in the right way in order for you to be sitting at a computer reading this document. I will list a few items for you to think about. Let me start with the Earth itself.
A number of things had to happen in order for there to be life on earth.
• The earth has to be an exact distance from the sun. If we were any closer or further by just a few miles, we can see by the change in seasons that we would be too cold or too hot for this planet to sustain life.
• The earth spins on an axis that is tilted just right. Any more or less and the delicate balance between seasons would throw much of this planet into vast cold or hot areas that could not sustain life.
• The amount of land versus water is just right. A little less water and we would have mostly dry arid desert land areas. A little more water and we would be under an atmosphere of clouds making life difficult to sustain.
• The rotation of the earth is just right. If it went faster or slower the different time of exposure to the sun would change the temperatures enough so the planet could not be able to sustain life. This also affects our gravity pull. Could we survive in a different gravity?
• Our rotation around the Sun is perfect. Any change in the orbit around the Sun would greatly affect our temperatures and our ability to sustain life.
• Something very important: The temperature of the sun. We take for granted that our sun has a constant temperature. Many stars fluctuate in temperature. Even with the solar flares our sun remains a fairly constant temperature. Being that the sun is hundreds of thousands degrees hot, imagine if it fluctuated by a few percent? The temperature variations on earth would be unbearable. All the factors are perfectly in place and with a stable sun to keep the temperature just right. It is like baking a cake. There had to be a chef.
• When we look at how the weather patterns are, we can see the delicate balance needed to sustain life. El Nino raises the temperature in the Pacific just a few degrees. This warming causes drastic changes in the weather patterns. My area of Southeast America is in a four-year drought pattern just because of a few degrees change in water temperature that happened several years ago. Another area gets heavier than normal rain and flooding.
• The global warming scare. Whether it is real or not the fact remains that scientist are afraid that if we raise the temperature of the earth by just a few degrees we could destroy all life on earth. Ruin the planet they say. How did we get such an exact perfect temperature, by random chance?
• The Earth had to have the right balance of chemical, minerals and water for things to grow. Man creates carbon dioxide and needs oxygen. Plants take in carbon dioxide and give off oxygen. Man needs fruits, nuts and berries to survive. Plants need natural chemical to grow and produce fruits, nuts and berries. Scientists worry that the cutting of trees in the Amazon forest will upset the delicate balance between animals and plants. How did we get that delicate balance to start with? How did random chance know that man would need the plants and they would need man? It looks like it was planned doesn't it.
• Then there is the Ozone layer. I love this one.
Life on earth cannot exist without the ozone layer. The ozone layer is that protective covering around the earth that if compressed would be a few millimeter thick. Without it the suns radiation (UV-A-B & C rays) would burn every living thing up. The ozone layer is created when sunlight interacts with oxygen (O2). You would need a sufficient amount of oxygen to create the initial ozone layer to protect the entire planet. If you look through most textbooks they will not tell you how the ozone layer was first created. They assume that it was just there (by random chance?).
Oxygen basically comes from plants which take in carbon dioxide. If the carbon dioxide in the air increases plants love it and grow in greater abundance putting off more oxygen. The ozone layer needs plants to create oxygen and plants need the ozone layer to keep from being burnt up. So how did we get the large amount of oxygen to create the ozone layer to protect the planet thousands or millions of years before the first plant ever evolved? Which came first, the plant or the ozone layer? Are there rocks that can generate large amounts of oxygen? No. Did aliens drop oxygen generators off and pick them up after plants developed? Don’t think so. We had to have plants to have the oxygen to have the ozone layer to have the plants. How could this happen?
How did the ozone layer know that it had to be there? How did that little thin layer decide to be where it is? Why did it know we couldn't live if it wasn't there? Did we just happen to have an ozone layer and the right amount of oxygen from nowhere to support life that wasn’t been created yet, life whose creation is statistically and scientifically impossible? So was all this really an accident? Maybe they both happened at the same time. It’s called creation.
These are just a few of the factors that are needed for life on earth to exist. We haven’t even gotten to life itself. But we can see there are so many factors that have to be perfectly in order and any imbalance would leave this planet lifeless. So how did we get that perfect order? If you looked at a jigsaw puzzle laid out on a table, put together perfectly, you couldn’t say that it came together by random chance. You know someone had to put that puzzle together. If I said someone opened the box, threw all the pieces in the air and the pieces landed together, in exact order, perfectly assembled on the table you would call me a liar for sure. But people who don’t believe in God easily say all the pieces for life just fell out of space, landed perfectly assembled and it happened by random chance. Random chance? Ask a scientist how all these things came together so perfectly and you get all kind of theories. But in our schools evolution is represented as fact and they say creationism is a religious fairy tale. I think maybe the science of evolution is the religious fairy tale.
Moving on let’s consider the second law of thermodynamics: The law of Entropy. This law states "Energy spontaneously tends to flow only from being concentrated in one place to becoming diffused and spread out." Simply stated, “Everything decays”. Everything goes from a higher state to a lower state. Things rot. Things deteriorate. Just walk into a vacant house that has been sitting for years. It changed from the day the last family moved out. Is it in better condition or worst? Worst of course. It decayed. The paint pealed. The pipes rusted. There is wood rotting. Why? Entropy. Set a brand new car in storage. Leave it there for twenty years or so. When you come back will it still look like a brand new car? Now I do know it went out of style but that is not what I’m talking about. It sat there and rusted, and rotted, and faded, the foam in the seats stinks and the engine won’t turn over. What happened? Entropy again. Everything Decays. Every time an object changes from one state to another, energy is given off and the resulting material is less than it was to start with. Evolution says the objects became more not less. Evolutionist would rather have faith in a process that goes against the laws of physics than to admit there is a God. It is not a question of whether evolution is right or not, but it is a group of men looking for any answer except believing in a God.
Evolution says we evolved upward, going against the laws of nature, “Entropy”; somehow we fought the other way from a simple, single cell, into a highly complex, well organized, highly coordinated life form called man. Somehow, someway, some strange still unexplained series of events, continued over billions of years (it was millions of years when I was a kid in the 50’s but they keep revising the fact to fit their theory) causing cells to grow upward into higher and higher life forms until we have all these different kinds of animals, plants and people. Well I have an explanation. It wasn’t a series of events it was a single event. It didn’t happen over billions of years. It happened in seven days. It is called Creation. You look at the entire world. Not only do the things mentioned above indicate that there had to be a Creator, but the design in all the plants, the animals and man himself says there has to be a designer. Take a leaf and look at it. It has a pattern. All the trees have their own pattern. I can tell what kind of tree the leaf came from by its pattern. So who designed the pattern?
Have you ever noticed that every few years scientist and archaeologist seem to make a new discover and each time the discovery causes them to “rethink” their theories of evolution.
• They discovered a man’s fossils in China in the 90’s that pointed to two different root chains of evolution for the African and Asia man. Two totally different evolutionary processes created two different men who were the same internally and externally except for the skin color and eyes. Two different processes of evolution created men with identical designs. Amazing!
• Last year they made more discoveries that they said meant the evolution process started a billion years sooner than they thought. Still revising the “Facts”.
• The whole process of evolution is based on theories and then more theories are created to fill in the gaps in the theories. Every time new evidence is found they have to create and adapt new theories to fit the evidence. In truth none of the theories line up with the facts. They are like myths of old. They start with a physical reality (like a fossil) and then the imagination takes over. That is what the science of evolution really is. Myths and creative imaginations that are believed by men of science.
Now for the really good part: Man. Have you ever looked at your body? Have you looked at it and wondered at how marvelous it is? Think of all the different parts that work so well together. The body is full of so many systems and they all works together, better than any machine or device that man has made.
The nervous system. A tangle of fragile wires that run throughout the body sending precise messages back and forth to the brain. Man has yet to make a system that works that well. The brain: Man has not made a computer yet that can accomplish all the functions of the brain. Just to mimic the memory capacity of the brain you would need a room full of computers and disk drives to store all the data. The interface between the brain and the nervous system. All those signals are converted to meaningful messages from the body and the brain responds by sending messages that are converted back to signals that the body understands and responds to. AT&T can only be jealous. They have to build great big buildings full of equipment to do the same thing. The digestive system and internal organs. They all work together like a complex power processing plant that man has yet to duplicate. Know anyone with diabetes? I do. Me. A few little beta cells lining the pancreas produce insulin. If they quit working right, from that point on you are dying a slow death. Without those little cells doing their job the sugar (glucose) in your blood begins to destroy all the other organs in the body. Slowly one by one they began to fail. The heart, kidneys, eyes, circulation system, all are destroyed. The greatest doctors in the world working with the best equipment and the accumulated knowledge of the most intelligent minds in the world are just starting to get an inkling of how the beta cells work. Why is it so hard? Aren’t beta cells just one of those simple events that created itself by random chance?
The heart. It a fabulous machine that works night and day. It responds to the needs of the body and instantly reacts to the situation. Man is just beginning to build a machine to substitute the heart, but their best work is still only good for a short period of time. Random chance? Is it better than all the heart doctors in the world are?
The lungs. You can’t do without breathing. Taking in all that oxygen that is created by the delicate balance of nature. A balance that happens by random chance? When the lungs aren’t working you know it in an instant. Ask someone with cystic fibrosis, or black lung disease, or asthma. All machines need fuel and all machines need oxygen to process the fuel. The lung is another perfect device in a perfectly made machine. A perfect bellows taking in oxygen and blowing out carbon monoxide. Whoops! A bellows only blows air in and out. This one makes a transfer. It draws oxygen in. It passes the oxygen to the blood and receives carbon monoxide from the blood. Then blows the carbon monoxide out. What a device. Wish I had invented that. Invent it? Man can’t even duplicate it. There is an artificial heart. There are artificial legs and arms. But there is no true artificial lung. The process is so complicated that it cannot be duplicated. Man can take your blood out of your body and process it in a very complicated machine imitating the lungs and then put the blood back into your body. Could you imagine all of us hooked up to machines running around trying to our daily business? The reality is that once your lungs are gone that’s it. You die. The design of the lung is so far above man’s abilities and yet some think it happened by random chance.
The blood: the blood is amazing it does so many things. It can carry oxygen and nourishment to individual cells, utilizes insulin to pass the nourishment to the cells, carry away impurities to the kidneys and just as important, clot? If the blood evolved over time like they say things did, then how did blood know it had to clot and prevent the life form it was in from bleeding to death? While the life form was waiting for things to evolve if it got the slightest cut it would die before the blood ever got a chance to evolve. Any life form with blood would have to evolve over a long period of time without ever getting a cut but if it never got cut so it would survive then why did it learn to clot? No, blood had to be predestine in order for it to ever be functional. It had to do everything it needed to do right out of the box. The blood is too complicated for it to have evolved.
The eye. An ophthalmologist and surgeon I once knew wasn’t a Christian but he strongly believed in God. He saw that the eye was such a perfect delicate instrument it had to be created by an intelligent being. The way the eye works means there had to be a God to create it. Nothing that complicated and perfect could happen by random chance. The eye is another device that is so far above man ability that the best he can create is still on sell at Neman Marcus in the camera department. Then there is the muscular system. Again nothing man has made can best the muscular system. It is the greatest mechanical machine ever made. Yes it was made. Man can copy it. He can emulate it but he can never duplicate it.
Another thing that is strangely opposite to the laws of physics, the body can heal itself. The natural order of things says everything decays, degrades, declines, wears out. The body’s ability to heal goes against natural law. If you built a car and that car got crushed by a tree it would simply stay crushed. The only way for the car to be restores is to design a process that will bring it back to its original state. A bolder is struck by lightning and splits in two. The bolder does not heal it self. It is split forever. Life could not evolved if living things could not heal. If this ability had to develop over time then nothing would have survived the harsh cruel world long enough to develop. What type of life form could last for thousands of years without the ability to heal. Doctors can do a lot but they couldn’t do a thing if the body did not have the ability to heal itself. Your body having the ability to heal and restore itself could have only come from some sort of intelligence. There is no logic in the world that could draw the conclusion that the ability to heal could have happened accidentally. The whole human body is so complicated it is beyond the ability of man to fully grasp. He can doctor on it. He can try to patch it up. He can pathetically try to create replacement parts. But he cannot ever restore the human body back to its original condition. Because the original is the most ingenious, most complicated design that man has ever seen. Do you want to believe it was by random chance?
And then there is life itself. As you sit there and look at your body, think about it. Yes it is a wonderful machine. So complicated, all that blood doing its thing. The nerves doing their thing. The digestive system doing its thing and it all working in harmony as a perfectly tune machine. Now ask yourself. Why? Why is it doing all this? Why are you breathing? Why is your blood flowing and your heart beating? Because you have life. And where did life come from? Evolutionary scientist (scientist really?) say life began somehow from a one-cell life form and grew and multiplied into something higher (it overcame the law of entropy again) and grew and grew and grew, got smarter and smarter and now we have all this life running all over the planet (mostly killing one another).
How did that little-bitty cell get life in the first place? As I understand it we need three things to have a living organism at the basic level. An amino acid, chloroplast and a protein. Somehow those three items came together had a meeting and decided to become a single living cell organism. Simple, right? Try this. You believe in random chance? Okay. Take a blob full of amino acid, a measure of chloroplast and a pinch or two of protein. Now shake that around in a jar for a while and then check it every so often to see if there is any life in there. If you can’t find any life then start shaking it again and again until you have some life in that jar. (Now moon shiners can find some life in a jar but that’s a different kind). Now you keep shaking that jar for a few thousand years and maybe, somehow, someway (they think) you might find life in that jar. The problem is the best minds under the best conditions with the best equipment, still can’t get those three little-bitsy parts to come together and make a life. Yet all this is supposed to have happen by random chance. Like I said when I was young they used to say it all happened a few million years ago. Then they revised it to a billion years. Now I think they are saying it’s somewhere around 4.3 billion years ago that life began. You see, they are still figuring that if they shake that jar long enough that sooner or later they are still going to get life out of it. I think they would do better if they talked to the moon shiners. They get a good brew and it doesn’t take as long.
What are the odds of life on earth happening by random chance? How difficult is it to win the Mega Million Jackpot? The odds say you are more likely to be struck by lightning before winning Mega million just one time. How about winning the big Mega Million jackpot several times? Lets say five times. The odds say that it is impossible. It will never happen. Now lets ask what are the odds of you winning the Mega Million jackpot once every week for your entire life or about 3000 times. You would say that is absolutely impossible. It will never happen. Those are the same odds of life happening on earth by random chance. It cannot and did not happen. Do you still believe in random chance?
Here is another thing that doesn't fit logic or common sense. Even if there were the rare remote possibility that life could have come from nothing there is one thing you cannot believe: reproduction. How would a fledgling life form know that it had to reproduce and have the ability to do it? That is like telling a 1 day old child "Well here you are. Now you've got to find food, feed yourself, and by the way you've got to reproduce before you die." That is what is required of a newly created life form. It has to have some intelligence to begin with. It can't just be alive; it has to do something to maintain its existence. Intelligent life can only come from an intelligent source. Even if it is only a one cell life form.

Gee, life can only come from life. That is the process that science can prove. That is the real fact of life. Life cannot come from nothing. Life cannot be created from nothing. The only good reason to believe in evolution is because you choose not to believe in God. Ignore the facts. Make up some facts. Do anything but believe in God. Is that true science? That is what I call a figment of your imagination, a fairy tale sprinkled with scientific pixie dust.

Did you see the movie AI? Artificial Intelligence. Men have spent thousands of hours developing computer programs that will have the ability to learn and make decisions. Still the programs that are somewhat successful can only process factual information. They cannot process emotions and feelings. Thousands of hours of intelligent men trying to do the seemingly impossible, mimic the natural abilities of man. Natural abilities that happened by random chance. Yeah right!
You have to answer one question and prove your answer. Can series of random events produce the highly involved and orderly complexities that we call life?
Now if you have decided in your soul (mind, will and emotions) that you have life, and it all came from a series of events and happenings that by random chance came together at the right time, at the right place, in the right way and out of all of it, there you sit reading this. If after all this and you still can’t believe in a God then your faith must be overwhelmingly greater than mine. I believe it would take so much greater faith for you to believe that all this happened through random chance than it does for me to believe in God.

To not believe in God means you have to believe that a large number of random events happened in the right place at the right time in the right way in order for you to be sitting at a computer reading this document. I will list a few items for you to think about. Let me start with the Earth itself.
A number of things had to happen in order for there to be life on earth.
• The earth has to be an exact distance from the sun. If we were any closer or further by just a few miles, we can see by the change in seasons that we would be too cold or too hot for this planet to sustain life.
• The earth spins on an axis that is tilted just right. Any more or less and the delicate balance between seasons would throw much of this planet into vast cold or hot areas that could not sustain life.
• The amount of land versus water is just right. A little less water and we would have mostly dry arid desert land areas. A little more water and we would be under an atmosphere of clouds making life difficult to sustain.
• The rotation of the earth is just right. If it went faster or slower the different time of exposure to the sun would change the temperatures enough so the planet could not be able to sustain life. This also affects our gravity pull. Could we survive in a different gravity?
• Our rotation around the Sun is perfect. Any change in the orbit around the Sun would greatly affect our temperatures and our ability to sustain life.
• Something very important: The temperature of the sun. We take for granted that our sun has a constant temperature. Many stars fluctuate in temperature. Even with the solar flares our sun remains a fairly constant temperature. Being that the sun is hundreds of thousands degrees hot, imagine if it fluctuated by a few percent? The temperature variations on earth would be unbearable. All the factors are perfectly in place and with a stable sun to keep the temperature just right. It is like baking a cake. There had to be a chef.
• When we look at how the weather patterns are, we can see the delicate balance needed to sustain life. El Nino raises the temperature in the Pacific just a few degrees. This warming causes drastic changes in the weather patterns. My area of Southeast America is in a four-year drought pattern just because of a few degrees change in water temperature that happened several years ago. Another area gets heavier than normal rain and flooding.
• The global warming scare. Whether it is real or not the fact remains that scientist are afraid that if we raise the temperature of the earth by just a few degrees we could destroy all life on earth. Ruin the planet they say. How did we get such an exact perfect temperature, by random chance?
• The Earth had to have the right balance of chemical, minerals and water for things to grow. Man creates carbon dioxide and needs oxygen. Plants take in carbon dioxide and give off oxygen. Man needs fruits, nuts and berries to survive. Plants need natural chemical to grow and produce fruits, nuts and berries. Scientists worry that the cutting of trees in the Amazon forest will upset the delicate balance between animals and plants. How did we get that delicate balance to start with? How did random chance know that man would need the plants and they would need man? It looks like it was planned doesn't it.
• Then there is the Ozone layer. I love this one.
Life on earth cannot exist without the ozone layer. The ozone layer is that protective covering around the earth that if compressed would be a few millimeter thick. Without it the suns radiation (UV-A-B & C rays) would burn every living thing up. The ozone layer is created when sunlight interacts with oxygen (O2). You would need a sufficient amount of oxygen to create the initial ozone layer to protect the entire planet. If you look through most textbooks they will not tell you how the ozone layer was first created. They assume that it was just there (by random chance?).
Oxygen basically comes from plants which take in carbon dioxide. If the carbon dioxide in the air increases plants love it and grow in greater abundance putting off more oxygen. The ozone layer needs plants to create oxygen and plants need the ozone layer to keep from being burnt up. So how did we get the large amount of oxygen to create the ozone layer to protect the planet thousands or millions of years before the first plant ever evolved? Which came first, the plant or the ozone layer? Are there rocks that can generate large amounts of oxygen? No. Did aliens drop oxygen generators off and pick them up after plants developed? Don’t think so. We had to have plants to have the oxygen to have the ozone layer to have the plants. How could this happen?
How did the ozone layer know that it had to be there? How did that little thin layer decide to be where it is? Why did it know we couldn't live if it wasn't there? Did we just happen to have an ozone layer and the right amount of oxygen from nowhere to support life that wasn’t been created yet, life whose creation is statistically and scientifically impossible? So was all this really an accident? Maybe they both happened at the same time. It’s called creation.
These are just a few of the factors that are needed for life on earth to exist. We haven’t even gotten to life itself. But we can see there are so many factors that have to be perfectly in order and any imbalance would leave this planet lifeless. So how did we get that perfect order? If you looked at a jigsaw puzzle laid out on a table, put together perfectly, you couldn’t say that it came together by random chance. You know someone had to put that puzzle together. If I said someone opened the box, threw all the pieces in the air and the pieces landed together, in exact order, perfectly assembled on the table you would call me a liar for sure. But people who don’t believe in God easily say all the pieces for life just fell out of space, landed perfectly assembled and it happened by random chance. Random chance? Ask a scientist how all these things came together so perfectly and you get all kind of theories. But in our schools evolution is represented as fact and they say creationism is a religious fairy tale. I think maybe the science of evolution is the religious fairy tale.
Moving on let’s consider the second law of thermodynamics: The law of Entropy. This law states "Energy spontaneously tends to flow only from being concentrated in one place to becoming diffused and spread out." Simply stated, “Everything decays”. Everything goes from a higher state to a lower state. Things rot. Things deteriorate. Just walk into a vacant house that has been sitting for years. It changed from the day the last family moved out. Is it in better condition or worst? Worst of course. It decayed. The paint pealed. The pipes rusted. There is wood rotting. Why? Entropy. Set a brand new car in storage. Leave it there for twenty years or so. When you come back will it still look like a brand new car? Now I do know it went out of style but that is not what I’m talking about. It sat there and rusted, and rotted, and faded, the foam in the seats stinks and the engine won’t turn over. What happened? Entropy again. Everything Decays. Every time an object changes from one state to another, energy is given off and the resulting material is less than it was to start with. Evolution says the objects became more not less. Evolutionist would rather have faith in a process that goes against the laws of physics than to admit there is a God. It is not a question of whether evolution is right or not, but it is a group of men looking for any answer except believing in a God.
Evolution says we evolved upward, going against the laws of nature, “Entropy”; somehow we fought the other way from a simple, single cell, into a highly complex, well organized, highly coordinated life form called man. Somehow, someway, some strange still unexplained series of events, continued over billions of years (it was millions of years when I was a kid in the 50’s but they keep revising the fact to fit their theory) causing cells to grow upward into higher and higher life forms until we have all these different kinds of animals, plants and people. Well I have an explanation. It wasn’t a series of events it was a single event. It didn’t happen over billions of years. It happened in seven days. It is called Creation. You look at the entire world. Not only do the things mentioned above indicate that there had to be a Creator, but the design in all the plants, the animals and man himself says there has to be a designer. Take a leaf and look at it. It has a pattern. All the trees have their own pattern. I can tell what kind of tree the leaf came from by its pattern. So who designed the pattern?
Have you ever noticed that every few years scientist and archaeologist seem to make a new discover and each time the discovery causes them to “rethink” their theories of evolution.
• They discovered a man’s fossils in China in the 90’s that pointed to two different root chains of evolution for the African and Asia man. Two totally different evolutionary processes created two different men who were the same internally and externally except for the skin color and eyes. Two different processes of evolution created men with identical designs. Amazing!
• Last year they made more discoveries that they said meant the evolution process started a billion years sooner than they thought. Still revising the “Facts”.
• The whole process of evolution is based on theories and then more theories are created to fill in the gaps in the theories. Every time new evidence is found they have to create and adapt new theories to fit the evidence. In truth none of the theories line up with the facts. They are like myths of old. They start with a physical reality (like a fossil) and then the imagination takes over. That is what the science of evolution really is. Myths and creative imaginations that are believed by men of science.
Now for the really good part: Man. Have you ever looked at your body? Have you looked at it and wondered at how marvelous it is? Think of all the different parts that work so well together. The body is full of so many systems and they all works together, better than any machine or device that man has made.
The nervous system. A tangle of fragile wires that run throughout the body sending precise messages back and forth to the brain. Man has yet to make a system that works that well. The brain: Man has not made a computer yet that can accomplish all the functions of the brain. Just to mimic the memory capacity of the brain you would need a room full of computers and disk drives to store all the data. The interface between the brain and the nervous system. All those signals are converted to meaningful messages from the body and the brain responds by sending messages that are converted back to signals that the body understands and responds to. AT&T can only be jealous. They have to build great big buildings full of equipment to do the same thing. The digestive system and internal organs. They all work together like a complex power processing plant that man has yet to duplicate. Know anyone with diabetes? I do. Me. A few little beta cells lining the pancreas produce insulin. If they quit working right, from that point on you are dying a slow death. Without those little cells doing their job the sugar (glucose) in your blood begins to destroy all the other organs in the body. Slowly one by one they began to fail. The heart, kidneys, eyes, circulation system, all are destroyed. The greatest doctors in the world working with the best equipment and the accumulated knowledge of the most intelligent minds in the world are just starting to get an inkling of how the beta cells work. Why is it so hard? Aren’t beta cells just one of those simple events that created itself by random chance?
The heart. It a fabulous machine that works night and day. It responds to the needs of the body and instantly reacts to the situation. Man is just beginning to build a machine to substitute the heart, but their best work is still only good for a short period of time. Random chance? Is it better than all the heart doctors in the world are?
The lungs. You can’t do without breathing. Taking in all that oxygen that is created by the delicate balance of nature. A balance that happens by random chance? When the lungs aren’t working you know it in an instant. Ask someone with cystic fibrosis, or black lung disease, or asthma. All machines need fuel and all machines need oxygen to process the fuel. The lung is another perfect device in a perfectly made machine. A perfect bellows taking in oxygen and blowing out carbon monoxide. Whoops! A bellows only blows air in and out. This one makes a transfer. It draws oxygen in. It passes the oxygen to the blood and receives carbon monoxide from the blood. Then blows the carbon monoxide out. What a device. Wish I had invented that. Invent it? Man can’t even duplicate it. There is an artificial heart. There are artificial legs and arms. But there is no true artificial lung. The process is so complicated that it cannot be duplicated. Man can take your blood out of your body and process it in a very complicated machine imitating the lungs and then put the blood back into your body. Could you imagine all of us hooked up to machines running around trying to our daily business? The reality is that once your lungs are gone that’s it. You die. The design of the lung is so far above man’s abilities and yet some think it happened by random chance.
The blood: the blood is amazing it does so many things. It can carry oxygen and nourishment to individual cells, utilizes insulin to pass the nourishment to the cells, carry away impurities to the kidneys and just as important, clot? If the blood evolved over time like they say things did, then how did blood know it had to clot and prevent the life form it was in from bleeding to death? While the life form was waiting for things to evolve if it got the slightest cut it would die before the blood ever got a chance to evolve. Any life form with blood would have to evolve over a long period of time without ever getting a cut but if it never got cut so it would survive then why did it learn to clot? No, blood had to be predestine in order for it to ever be functional. It had to do everything it needed to do right out of the box. The blood is too complicated for it to have evolved.
The eye. An ophthalmologist and surgeon I once knew wasn’t a Christian but he strongly believed in God. He saw that the eye was such a perfect delicate instrument it had to be created by an intelligent being. The way the eye works means there had to be a God to create it. Nothing that complicated and perfect could happen by random chance. The eye is another device that is so far above man ability that the best he can create is still on sell at Neman Marcus in the camera department. Then there is the muscular system. Again nothing man has made can best the muscular system. It is the greatest mechanical machine ever made. Yes it was made. Man can copy it. He can emulate it but he can never duplicate it.
Another thing that is strangely opposite to the laws of physics, the body can heal itself. The natural order of things says everything decays, degrades, declines, wears out. The body’s ability to heal goes against natural law. If you built a car and that car got crushed by a tree it would simply stay crushed. The only way for the car to be restores is to design a process that will bring it back to its original state. A bolder is struck by lightning and splits in two. The bolder does not heal it self. It is split forever. Life could not evolved if living things could not heal. If this ability had to develop over time then nothing would have survived the harsh cruel world long enough to develop. What type of life form could last for thousands of years without the ability to heal. Doctors can do a lot but they couldn’t do a thing if the body did not have the ability to heal itself. Your body having the ability to heal and restore itself could have only come from some sort of intelligence. There is no logic in the world that could draw the conclusion that the ability to heal could have happened accidentally. The whole human body is so complicated it is beyond the ability of man to fully grasp. He can doctor on it. He can try to patch it up. He can pathetically try to create replacement parts. But he cannot ever restore the human body back to its original condition. Because the original is the most ingenious, most complicated design that man has ever seen. Do you want to believe it was by random chance?
And then there is life itself. As you sit there and look at your body, think about it. Yes it is a wonderful machine. So complicated, all that blood doing its thing. The nerves doing their thing. The digestive system doing its thing and it all working in harmony as a perfectly tune machine. Now ask yourself. Why? Why is it doing all this? Why are you breathing? Why is your blood flowing and your heart beating? Because you have life. And where did life come from? Evolutionary scientist (scientist really?) say life began somehow from a one-cell life form and grew and multiplied into something higher (it overcame the law of entropy again) and grew and grew and grew, got smarter and smarter and now we have all this life running all over the planet (mostly killing one another).
How did that little-bitty cell get life in the first place? As I understand it we need three things to have a living organism at the basic level. An amino acid, chloroplast and a protein. Somehow those three items came together had a meeting and decided to become a single living cell organism. Simple, right? Try this. You believe in random chance? Okay. Take a blob full of amino acid, a measure of chloroplast and a pinch or two of protein. Now shake that around in a jar for a while and then check it every so often to see if there is any life in there. If you can’t find any life then start shaking it again and again until you have some life in that jar. (Now moon shiners can find some life in a jar but that’s a different kind). Now you keep shaking that jar for a few thousand years and maybe, somehow, someway (they think) you might find life in that jar. The problem is the best minds under the best conditions with the best equipment, still can’t get those three little-bitsy parts to come together and make a life. Yet all this is supposed to have happen by random chance. Like I said when I was young they used to say it all happened a few million years ago. Then they revised it to a billion years. Now I think they are saying it’s somewhere around 4.3 billion years ago that life began. You see, they are still figuring that if they shake that jar long enough that sooner or later they are still going to get life out of it. I think they would do better if they talked to the moon shiners. They get a good brew and it doesn’t take as long.
What are the odds of life on earth happening by random chance? How difficult is it to win the Mega Million Jackpot? The odds say you are more likely to be struck by lightning before winning Mega million just one time. How about winning the big Mega Million jackpot several times? Lets say five times. The odds say that it is impossible. It will never happen. Now lets ask what are the odds of you winning the Mega Million jackpot once every week for your entire life or about 3000 times. You would say that is absolutely impossible. It will never happen. Those are the same odds of life happening on earth by random chance. It cannot and did not happen. Do you still believe in random chance?

What to do about immigration reform?
I'm putting together my Presidental Platform for when I run for President (LOL). I'm caught in the middle because I believe in the conservative viewpoint of avoiding amnesty for illegal aliens but I am also married to a legal alien and have neighbors who were once illegal aliens but now are citizens. So how do you address all the different viewpoints and come up with a reasonable compassionate solution?
The first thing we should do is common sense, protect our borders. During WWII we had lookouts all along our coasts watching for planes or ships that might bring an attack. We knew the enemy and we knew we needed to prevent any enemy from coming ashore and causing us harm. Still eight Germans managed to come into our borders and plan an attack. Fortunately American vigilance paid off and they were caught, tried before a "military" tribunal and executed. Right now we are at war again with enemies who would sneak into our country to do us great harm. We need to know who is entering our country, who are enemies and who would harm us. Border protection should be one of our top issues in homeland defense. Terrorist, criminals, gang members, etc. should not have free reign to come and go across our border.
Second item is what to do about the illegals that are already here. Some people in churches think we should grant amnesty to everyone out of compassion for a people who just want to have a better life. I feel for their point of view. I recently went to a celebration at a Hispanic church and in the back of my mind I know there were probably some illegals there. All of them were loving, caring Christian people. I felt compassion towards them thinking how could we be cold and uncompassionate and just send them back to wherever they came from? They just want a safe prosperous place to raise their families just like me.
If our economy was just busting out with growth and there was a shortage of lower paying workers I might agree on a simple path of amnesty for all. Much like the amnesty in the mid-eighties many hard working people from south of our borders were just looking for a better life. My neighbor is one of those people and is now an American citizen. My compassionate side says we should allow some sort of amnesty but being here legally is now more important than ever. We have high unemployment, we have enemies who want to destroy us and we have many uneducated people who are a burden upon our medical and social service systems and they will remain that way.
The primary reason not to allow easy amnesty is because everyone who came into this country illegally has broken the law to do so. Do we say it is okay to break the law for some and not to others? My wife is Asian. I brought her into the United States from Hong Kong. We did everything upright and legally. I filed papers and applied for a marriage visa to get her here. That took a year. Afterwards we filed for her temporary residency card. That took another year. Then after two years we filed for her permanent residency card. With every filing we paid filing fees and the fees increased every year. It is a slap in the face for someone to walk across our border illegally and at some point in time later is allowed to file some paperwork and be easily accepted as a resident and later become a citizen because a politician wants their vote.
The path to residency and citizenship for an illegal immigrant should be more difficult if we allow them to stay in this country. Amnesty for an illegal immigrant should require full vetting of that person and their family. My wife had to be vetting, pass a physical and a background check. Illegals should require even more vetting. If they choose amnesty they should pay a reasonable fee that is in line with what legal immigrants pay, pay a stiff penalty for being illegal and then receive temporary status. During this temporary status period they should be fully vetted and checked for anything that would indicate they would be a danger or an extreme burden on our society. They should show that they can support themselves as I had to show for my wife. I had to provide all sorts of banking and personel information to the government to prove I could take care of my immigrant wife.
They would be required to obey every law. If the vetting provides information that would disqualify them from living here then they would have the opportunity to sell any property that they cannot carry with them and then be deported. Basically an eviction from the United States.
For the qualifying illegal to legal immigrant, the period for becoming a citizen should be double or longer what is allowed to a legal residence. During that time if any felonious laws are broken their residency will be revoked and they will be evicted. The probation period should be harder for an illegal immigrant than for legal ones.
The window for registering in this ammesty program would be narrow. Anyone caught after the window closes would be immediate deportation, loss of any property gained while here and any attempt to reenter the United States would be a felony violation.
I believe this would be a fair and compassionate way to provide illegal immigrants a pathway to amnesty and still be fair to the many people who waited long periods of time to come here legally. For the many who never get the chance to come here at all because on a lottery in another country, the amnesty plan should not be an encouragement to come here illegally as a path to US citizenship.
As with many criminals, Americans who have gone to jail for a crime, their right to vote was taken away. One penalty for being an illegal alien in the first place is to never have the right to vote or a waiting a long extended period of time before being allowed to vote. One of the appealing political reasons to allow amnesty is to increase the voting rolls in favor of one political party. The sole intent of having amnesty to increase voter rolls should be removed. This is a temptation for more corruption and again a slap in the face of those who came here legally and paid the price to do it right. The biggest privilege of becoming an American citizen is the privilege to vote. That privilege should not be granted to illegals easily.
As I stated at the beginning, any amnesty plan should require securing the borders first to prevent the continuation of the illegal flow of drugs, guns, people, and slaves, terrorist or other contraband. Without secure borders there can be no amnesty, period.

The first thing we should do is common sense, protect our borders. During WWII we had lookouts all along our coasts watching for planes or ships that might bring an attack. We knew the enemy and we knew we needed to prevent any enemy from coming ashore and causing us harm. Still eight Germans managed to come into our borders and plan an attack. Fortunately American vigilance paid off and they were caught, tried before a "military" tribunal and executed. Right now we are at war again with enemies who would sneak into our country to do us great harm. We need to know who is entering our country, who are enemies and who would harm us. Border protection should be one of our top issues in homeland defense. Terrorist, criminals, gang members, etc. should not have free reign to come and go across our border.
Second item is what to do about the illegals that are already here. Some people in churches think we should grant amnesty to everyone out of compassion for a people who just want to have a better life. I feel for their point of view. I recently went to a celebration at a Hispanic church and in the back of my mind I know there were probably some illegals there. All of them were loving, caring Christian people. I felt compassion towards them thinking how could we be cold and uncompassionate and just send them back to wherever they came from? They just want a safe prosperous place to raise their families just like me.
If our economy was just busting out with growth and there was a shortage of lower paying workers I might agree on a simple path of amnesty for all. Much like the amnesty in the mid-eighties many hard working people from south of our borders were just looking for a better life. My neighbor is one of those people and is now an American citizen. My compassionate side says we should allow some sort of amnesty but being here legally is now more important than ever. We have high unemployment, we have enemies who want to destroy us and we have many uneducated people who are a burden upon our medical and social service systems and they will remain that way.
The primary reason not to allow easy amnesty is because everyone who came into this country illegally has broken the law to do so. Do we say it is okay to break the law for some and not to others? My wife is Asian. I brought her into the United States from Hong Kong. We did everything upright and legally. I filed papers and applied for a marriage visa to get her here. That took a year. Afterwards we filed for her temporary residency card. That took another year. Then after two years we filed for her permanent residency card. With every filing we paid filing fees and the fees increased every year. It is a slap in the face for someone to walk across our border illegally and at some point in time later is allowed to file some paperwork and be easily accepted as a resident and later become a citizen because a politician wants their vote.
The path to residency and citizenship for an illegal immigrant should be more difficult if we allow them to stay in this country. Amnesty for an illegal immigrant should require full vetting of that person and their family. My wife had to be vetting, pass a physical and a background check. Illegals should require even more vetting. If they choose amnesty they should pay a reasonable fee that is in line with what legal immigrants pay, pay a stiff penalty for being illegal and then receive temporary status. During this temporary status period they should be fully vetted and checked for anything that would indicate they would be a danger or an extreme burden on our society. They should show that they can support themselves as I had to show for my wife. I had to provide all sorts of banking and personel information to the government to prove I could take care of my immigrant wife.
They would be required to obey every law. If the vetting provides information that would disqualify them from living here then they would have the opportunity to sell any property that they cannot carry with them and then be deported. Basically an eviction from the United States.
For the qualifying illegal to legal immigrant, the period for becoming a citizen should be double or longer what is allowed to a legal residence. During that time if any felonious laws are broken their residency will be revoked and they will be evicted. The probation period should be harder for an illegal immigrant than for legal ones.

What the heck is going on?
Seeing that the President has no real experience running a business and the sum total of his cronies uh administration registers 8 percent as having any business experience there is not a lot of practical counseling going on at the White House. The current budget, words and actions shown by the president reflect several possibilities:
1. He really doesn’t know what the heck he is doing. He doesn’t know what it means to have a payroll and create the income required to pay for salaries, expenses, insurance and inventory. He doesn’t know how negative the impact is on business when you plan to raise taxes every time you give a speech and flip flop all over the place on different regulations. Business needs a stable unobtrusive government in order to plan for the future and create a growth strategy. This administration and Democratic congress have done everything possible to undermine economy growth in this country. To top it off every time he speaks he accuses some portion of the economy as being bad and evil and somehow should be punished (more taxes or regulations). This is not how you create the positive atmosphere needed to overcome a recession.
2. Another direction he could be coming from is that he and his inexperienced administration are so consumed with their progressive ideology that they cannot see the reality of what they are doing. They may truly believe that what they are doing is right. They are so entrenched into the ‘tax and spend’ Keynesian theory that he cannot see the looming destruction that waits at the end of this path we are on. Common sense tells you that if you spend ten times more than you make every year then eventually the bill will come due and you will have to pay it back. If the economy was growing faster than the debt then that would be okay, but the debt is growing faster than we could pay back in a really good economy and we are in a very bad economy right now. This debt will destroy America and all the freedom we once had with it.

The worst case scenario is he hates this capitalist America so much that he is willing to completely destroy it in order to create a new socialist America in the image of the fantasy world created by Carl Marx, Saul Alinsky and others, a world where America is just another country run by a one world government council. The decisions having been made thus far in his administration are some of the most destructive decisions that could be made in any economy. What we see so far with increasing taxes, threat of more taxes, changing regulations, more regulations and more big government in the planning, is the greatest impediment to economic growth, stability and jobs creation we could have. If I had wanted to destroy America on purpose I would do exactly what the President is currently doing.
